Week 4 Theme: Final Push & Reflection

This week is all about maximizing your momentum and setting yourself up for lasting financial habits. You’ve already done the hard work, now it’s time to push just a little further and hit that $500 milestone.

Week 4 Savings Tasks

Day 22: Sell 2 more unused items (Save $30)
Dig a little deeper—what else can you declutter and sell? You might be surprised how much you can make with a little effort.

Day 23: Switch to generic brands for common groceries (Save $15)
Generic brands often have the same ingredients and quality as name brands, just without the fancy packaging. Make the switch and pocket the difference.

Day 24: Do a “no-drive” day to save on gas (Save $10)
If possible, walk, bike, or work from home today. Plan your errands for another day and skip the pump to save on fuel.

Day 25: List another side hustle gig (Save $25)
Put yourself out there one more time. Whether it’s pet-sitting, virtual assistance, or freelance work, taking action now could generate extra income.

Day 26: Cash in spare change & transfer it to savings (Save $15)
Gather your coin jar, car cupholder stash, or purse bottom change. It adds up quickly—cash it in and give your savings a boost.

Day 27: Plan next month’s budget & find areas to cut (Save $20)
Look at your monthly spending. Can you reduce subscriptions, grocery costs, or dining out? Make a plan and add those savings to your total.

Day 28: Negotiate a discount or lower price on a purchase (Save $20)
Whether it’s at a local shop, online checkout, or through your service provider, ask for a better rate. You never know until you try.

Day 29: Round up all transactions again & save the difference (Save $18)
Like in Week 1, round up your purchases and transfer the difference. Even small amounts make a difference when they’re consistent.

Day 30: Celebrate! Transfer anything extra to reach the goal! (Save $35)
You did it! Review your progress, count any additional cash or leftover budget, and make your final transfer to reach or exceed $500.

Total Week 4: $188 Saved!
Cumulative Savings: $500+ 🎉🎉
